We can create a corporate e-group in any social media. Prior to that, we analyze in detail the sociodemographic characteristics of users, authors of posts and comments. We also study profiles of competitors and analyze user barriers and choice criteria. All that is noted when designing a brand positioning campaign and promoting it across the social media effectively. The data is also used to develop guidelines for group moderators and help further a brand in social networks.
