AMEC was founded in London in 1996. It is the world’s largest media intelligence and insights professional organization, representing organizations and practitioners who provide media evaluation and communication research. The main task of the association is the development of the media measurement industry and top-notch media evaluation for both businesses and agencies worldwide. AMEC currently has more than 150 member companies in 86 countries worldwide. Ex Libris became the first Russian company to have joined the Association. We are dedicated to representing Russian media measurement and media evaluation in the global market, taking part in the development of quality standards for our services and introducing world standards in the Russian market. Ex Libris founder Evgeniy Larionov has been repeatedly elected to the AMEC’s Board of Directors and heads the AMEC College & Education Working Group. AKOS is the Russian branch of the International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO). To date, AKOS includes 30 professional businesses controlling 60% of the Russian PR services market. AKOS unites reputable independent PR companies of Russia. It was established on March 16, 1999. Membership in the ICCO is an internationally recognized benchmark for professionalism and service quality. Together with AKOS, we are working to create a highly professional, transparent and efficient PR services industry in Russia being directly involved in implementing the initiatives of the Association. Ex Libris founder Evgeniy Larionov heads a working group for PR KPI measurement with AKOS. In 2012, Ex Libris MRA joined the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). PRSA is one of the largest professional organizations, which brings together over 20,000 PR pros. The main objectives of PRSA are to develop and improve professional standards, provide its members with opportunities for professional development and training, and conduct research programs. PRSA membership opens up an opportunity for Ex Libris to use international PR experience to improve competence.
