We also use our proprietary software solutions to track posts in the social media that are not spotted by other monitoring systems. After the data is mined it always gets double-checked by a specialist, who assesses the quality, accuracy, and relevance of computer-based monitoring results. The job is being done by media measurement professionals, who are able to input optimal queries to the database and deliver paperwork that is reader-friendly. Further, the database gets updated with manually picked up data through expert monitoring of target media in line with the requirements of the Customer, niche-specific outlets, glossy magazines, and other channels not covered by media databases.
