Data obtained through the monitoring and analysis of social media must “speak”. In order to visualize qualitative and quantitative data and make it easier for customers to make sense of that data, we utilize easy-to-use graphs, charts, and infographics. This work results in dashboards and analytical reports containing extremely relevant and accurate data that meet the requirements described in the terms of reference. Any extraneous data, errors, or inaccuracies are completely excluded. Delivering reports to the customer via any channel of convenience, in any convenient format and at any intervals, we address the issue of an accessible and visual display of the work done by the PR department of the company.
